Shiva’s Second Eye monitors our emission levels, ensuring they remain acceptable.
Shiva’s Third Eye keeps slumbering watch on the other Guardians of Heaven. A declension of the Eastern Dragon’s orbit, say, and Shiva’s Third Eye will open. But if Shiva blinks without cause, then Shang Di’s Dragon will claw it out of the sky.
So far everyone has been extremely well-behaved.
